Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative

This is a short-term, high-intensity door-to-door blitz for experienced reps who want to make strong money without carrying full closes. Reps knock doors. Monday-Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM during a three-week blitz, offering homeowners a free private demo session at our high-end strength training studio. Your sole responsibility is to generate interest, qualify the homeowner, and book the demo — the owners handle 100% of the closing in-studio.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $180K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $60K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
