Estimating and Sales

Remotely working close with the CRM Systems and handling phones calls and form submissions from customers. Building estimates and providing walk throughs and cost assessments for projects.

What you'll be doing

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $55K annualized
• Year 1: Top performers clearing $60K+ and earning first look at leadership tracks

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
