What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Walk job sites, scope equipment needs, and price replacement vs. Service contracts
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
- Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- A killer sales person
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
