The HVAC Comfort. Advisor at our team is a commission-only role built for closers. You meet with homeowners who already need system replacements or upgrades, run in-home consultations, present solutions, offer financing, and close high-ticket HVAC installs. No cold door-knocking, no salary cap, and no micromanagement.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Walk job sites, scope equipment needs, and price replacement vs. Service contracts
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $102K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
