Sales Floor Manager

The Sales Floor. Manager at our team leads a high-energy sales team focused on helping business owners break free from predatory MCA debt. This role owns day-to-day coaching, performance management, and deal execution—ensuring our openers and closers are converting qualified leads, hitting revenue targets, and delivering a consultative, empathetic experience to every business owner we speak with. It's a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment where strong leadership directly drives company revenue and changes lives for small business owners across the country.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$150K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $150K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Proven sales track record in prospecting and closing. Seasoned sales professional with management experience. Ability to manage 50 personalities, motivate, preaches accountability
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
