Closer

Our team is a Christ-centered brain rewiring company that helps people with chronic symptoms retrain their nervous systems and reclaim their health. As a Closer, you'll take warm, inbound calls from leads who've already gone through our 5-day challenge and watched our trainings — no cold calling. You'll run 45-60 minute consultative calls to enroll qualified clients into our $5,800-$7,800 program.

What you'll be doing

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Run discovery calls, present packages, and close high-margin engagements
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$144K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $120K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
