Salesperson/Technician

Being able to make great money, with a flexible schedule. Traveling to a few clients a day for estimates and/or basic cleaning, them upselling various services and products. The opportunity to grow with the company and get compensated well.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $70K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $130K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Amazing sales experience, energetic, positive, charismatic, quick to learn, high drive and hunger for excellence, team player, responsible
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
