Sales/Marketer

Market our telemedicine platform directly to patients, and market our pharmacy to clinics, medspas, urgent care, family practices etc. As long as we receive patient-specific prescriptions from these practices. Marketing to clinics is much more rewarding and time-saving for salespersons, if they are able to get a large number of prescriptions from once facility.

What you'll be doing

• Self-generated lead sales marketer doing clinic outreach across multiple states for telemedicine weight-loss prescriptions, with healthcare experience preferred
• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Run discovery calls, present packages, and close high-margin engagements
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $500K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Enthusiastic, energized, knows how to sell air in a bottle
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission

We are mainly focusing on weight-loss medication, with a telemedicine platform already in place and running. Our prices on the website are all inclusive; doctor visit fee, overnight shipping, free supplies (syringes, alcohol pads etc.), no increase in prices if the patient's dose go up.
