Solar Sales Consultant

As a our team. Consultant, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition helping homeowners get rid of their expensive, dirty power bill, and transitioning them to clean solar energy courtesy of our team primary day-to-day activities include direct homeowner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting, knocking on doors, setting in-home appointments, and closing high-ticket ($20k-$100k) contracts.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Qualify homeowners on bill, roof condition, and credit before booking
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
