What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $231K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $150K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Fast learner, has sales experience, not fresh to sales, disciplined, knows what to take good notes on, solid at nurturing, coachable, likeable, team player, positive attitude, consistent
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
