Solar Appointment Setter (D2D)

As a Solar Appointment. Setter (D2D) at our team, your day starts with structured training in the office. You'll learn everything you need to know about solar, how the product works, how homeowners benefit, and what makes our offer strong. We train your pitch, run role-play scenarios, and prepare you for real conversations so you feel confident before hitting the field.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Qualify homeowners on bill, roof condition, and credit before booking
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $78K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
