Solar Sales Consultant

Our reps start with a meeting (review goals, increase knowledge, recognition, etc), then their job is to source customers and move them through the pipeline efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Qualify homeowners on bill, roof condition, and credit before booking
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$120K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Ideal candidates have a background in sales and/or customer service and display a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to grow
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
