Outside Sales Representative

This is for money motivated self sufficient reps that are hungry and can thrive in an unlimited earning potential structure. The comp plan is set up in a way where reps consistently make $10k-$20k a month.

What you'll be doing

• Roofing sales reps within a 30-50 minute commute radius run in-person interviews and field appointments, with real-time analytics tools tracking activity
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$175K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• The ideal candidate would be an able bodied individual who is responsible, money motivated and hungry who shows consistency in his willingness to be successful and further the agenda of the company
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
