Partner Account Executive
The Partner Account. Executive role is a relationship-driven sales position focused on building long-term partnerships with roofing contractors, solar homeowners, and other referral sources that need a trusted solar service partner. Your job is to open doors, create trust, identify opportunities, and turn those relationships into repeat business and recurring commissions. Day to day, you'll spend your time prospecting, following up on leads, meeting with partners, checking on project opportunities, and helping move jobs from initial contact to closed business.
What you'll be doing
- B2B-experienced sales reps work a flexible candidate profile under a defined commission structure
- Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
- Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
- Qualify homeowners on bill, roof condition, and credit before booking
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$80K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $225K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
