Roofing Sales & Project Manager

You're essentially running your own book of business—finding opportunities, closing deals, and seeing projects through completion. If you're motivated, the earning potential is strong, and you're backed by a team that helps you get contracts signed and jobs completed.

What you'll be doing

• Self-starter roofing/solar reps in the Charlotte area work company-generated leads alongside self-generated insurance-related opportunities
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$60K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $220K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in roofing or an adjacent vertical
• Straightforward, No-Nonsense, Self. Motivated, Goal. Oriented
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
