Outside Sales

Create relationships with property management companies, business owners, and Real estate investors, etc. Take measurments of roofs, core samples, photos, notes, send information to the office for one of our estimators to price accordingly. Salesman will then take the estimate back to the owner or property manager and sell the project.

What you'll be doing

• Commission-only 1099 commercial roofing reps leverage their existing B2B property-management relationships to quickly generate leads and close high-margin commercial re-roof projects
• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $300K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $500K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
