Project Manager - Independent Contractor

As a Project Manager - Independent. Contractor, you oversee your roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring every job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You act as the main point of contact between your homeowners and the company. You coordinate schedules with the Production and Operations Manager and solving problems in real time.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$72K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $144K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
