Full-Cycle Reps
This is a full-cycle D2D sales role where reps generate and close their own business. Reps prospect neighborhoods, inspect roofs, educate homeowners on our team rejuvenation, and close deals themselves. What makes this different is the product and timing.
What you'll be doing
- Self-sufficient D2D reps run their own pipeline selling our team after a 2-3 day shadow, ramping fast and being motivated for sustainable sales roles
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$144K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $240K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in roofing or an adjacent vertical
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
