Roofing Sales Associate

Residential and Commercial Roofing door to door. Sales in areas that guarantee positive results based on the data and experience provided by CBRC Upper. Management and company training.

What you'll be doing

• Reps and appointment setters operate in the our team, supported by an Indeed employer account, Calendly/Google. Meet interviews, and Slack-based real-time team communication
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$120K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Personable, polite, professional and well spoken. Sale experience is a plus and the candidates must be willing to learn and be active!!
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
