Overview* The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and closing roofing sales by prospecting, conducting on-site inspections, presenting solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for self-motivated professionals with a strong work ethic and a hunter mindset.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $115K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
