Door to door sales

This role is a high-energy, relationship-driven sales position focused on helping homeowners protect and improve their property while building a strong personal income. As a Door-to-Door. Sales. Representative with our team, you act as the first point of contact—educating homeowners, identifying potential exterior and roofing needs, and setting qualified appointments for inspections. You are not hard-selling at the door.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $250K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $250K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
