PM/ sales rep

This role is for someone who wants more than just a commission-only canvassing job. At our team, our PM / Sales. Rep is the face of the customer experience from first contact to job submission. You'll generate leads, inspect roofs, guide homeowners through the insurance or retail process, meet adjusters, collect documents and checks, and submit clean jobs into our system.

What you'll be doing

• Self-driven roofing reps within 60 miles of Jacksonville generate their own sales within 30 days, supported by Slack and a hire tracker portal
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $250K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
