Sales Representative / Business Development Representative

Customer. Outreach & Lead. Follow-Up Proactively calling or messaging contractors, builders, landscapers, and property owners to generate interest and answer questions about dumpster rentals and services. Following up on inbound leads from the website or marketing efforts and turning those inquiries into booked rentals. Quoting & Selling. Services. Providing quotes for dumpster rentals — from smaller DIY containers to large job-site solutions — and explaining the advantages of the our team+ products and service options.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
