Sales Representative
Appointments are sent out at 8pm for the following day. The sales representative will go to their appointments and go through a process of finding out what the customer wants to have done, and what they need to have done. They go through a demonstration to explain who we are as a company, the products that we sell, and solve the problems they are facing.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $250K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Our ideal candidate is polished, articulate, passionate, driven, money motivated. Having open availability is a must
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
