Sales Representative

A typical day usually starts with checking in with the team and reviewing areas where storms have hit or where we have active projects. Then you head into neighborhoods and start knocking doors, introducing yourself, and letting homeowners know you're in the area offering free roof inspections. Your goal is to start conversations, build trust, and set inspection appointments.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $150K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $360K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
