What you'll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
- Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$150K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $400K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Leadership skills, sales skills, go getter
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
