Sales Manager/sales associate

As a representative of a world-renowned firm in the Hamptons, you will engage with an elite network of celebrities, professional athletes, and industry titans. You will provide a high-demand, premium service, building long-term relationships while operating at the highest levels of the luxury market. What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$100K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $150K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
