Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales. Manager role is responsible for the new home consultants making sales. The sales manager will be the one overseeing everyone's leads and making sure they are actioned appropriately. They will be heavily involved in the day to day function of the sales team and will be responsible for continuing to train and counsel the sales consultants.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
