What you'll be doing

• Seasoned door-to-door pest control reps work peak hours using iPad e-signature contracts and CRM, with strong emphasis on objection handling
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$200K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in pest control or an adjacent vertical
• Experience in pest control or similar field. Humble, hungry and common sense. Articulate, professional with a proven track record of successful sales
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
