Sales Account Manager
The Sales Account. Manager is responsible for building and managing strong client relationships while driving revenue growth by delivering tailored electrical workforce solutions. This role serves as the primary link between clients and operations—understanding project needs, securing new business, and ensuring the right electrical talent is deployed to meet timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
- Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
- Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $200K annualized
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $500K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
