Dental Product Sales Representative
Each sale gets you between $200-$400 commission. When you visit a dental office to do a demo, there are at least one dentist, one hygienist and two assistants. Our product line help all these people, so you can generate multiple orders during a visit.
What you'll be doing
- Full-time 1099 B2B sales rep prospecting dental clinics, selling loupes/magnification, maintaining customer engagement through the 40 to 45-day money-back guarantee period
- Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
- Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
- Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$108K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
