Account Executive

Account. Executives are the bridge between our clients and the recruiters. They're managing the client relationship, upselling, retaining clients, and providing whiteglove service.

What you'll be doing

• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$78K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $130K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Our ideal candidate comes from a B2B account executive background or has high-level experience in one of our core verticals
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
