D2D rep

Day-to-day: You'll be out in the field knocking on doors in targeted neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, spotting pools that need service, and pitching our weekly maintenance. You'll collect basic info, set expectations, and close new accounts, then submit them to the office for onboarding. It's a simple, repeatable process focused on volume and consistency.

What you'll be doing

• Young, hungry, coachable D2D pool-service reps in LA work in the field with their own transportation
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$260K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $240K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in home services or an adjacent vertical
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
