Customer service/display

Team members spend their time speaking with customers, scheduling demonstrations, and helping show people how our advanced. American made air purification systems improve the air inside their homes. We provide hands on training so new hires learn the product, the presentation, and how to confidently work with customers. During training, representatives can earn $30 per hour when they bring us to demonstrations through their own personal leads, and when working with office provided leads compensation is primarily commission and performance bonuses.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$36K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $108K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
