We are a new and growing company with limitless growth potential and a super tight knit team with a close relationship form the owners to the contractors. Everyone is very hands on and has the experience and knowledge to help guide the company in the right direction.

What you'll be doing

• Experienced residential roofing reps with $1M+ in prior sales work in commission-only roles, screened via resume reviews and quick feedback
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$100K annualized)
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Industry experience, hard working, money hungry, self driven, good with people no matter the circumstances
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
