Roofing Sales Representative

Reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, door-to-door visits, or scheduled appointments. This can involve knocking on doors in neighborhoods with visible roof damage, calling contractors, or following up on referrals. Once a lead is identified, the rep will meet with the homeowner or contractor to discuss roofing needs.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $130K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
