Roofing Sales Consultant

A field position that benefits the individual who is charismatic, determined, and self-motivated. Are you tired of being roped into daily sales meetings even though you are hitting company and personal goals? Feel that you are experienced in roofing sales, and would prefer to focus on selling rather than getting bogged down managing production?

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$100K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $250K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
