Roof Assessment & Sales Specialist

Visiting businesses with low and flat commercial roofs. If they have issues with their roof, offering a roof assessment at no charge. Assessment entails the taking of pictures using Company Cam, choosing the template for their type of roof, and completing the assessment.

What you'll be doing

• Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
• Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $420K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $500K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
