Roof and Gutter Salesperson

Hey, we're an exterior specialist company focused on roofing and gutters. Our sales reps spend their time meeting homeowners, doing inspections, and helping them understand what's going on with their roof or drainage system. Day-to-day, you're in the field—knocking doors, running appointments, climbing roofs, and building your own pipeline.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $918K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $130K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
