Project manager/sales team
This is door to door sales. We offer inspections and conduct those on the roof and entire exterior and attic of the home. Taking an average of 100 photos during the inspection.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
- Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
- Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$160K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
