Project Manager

We are a roofing and exteriors company with a mission to serve our community through excellent quality and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$36K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $450K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Positive minded, disciplined, driven, goal oriented. Willing to work within a team
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
