In home Sales closer/hybrid door knocker

This role is a hybrid position that combines company-provided leads with self-generated opportunities through door-to-door outreach. On a typical day, our sales representatives run 1-3 qualified leads provided by the company and also spend time in local neighborhoods introducing our team to homeowners and identifying new opportunities. The goal is to create a strong pipeline of homeowners who may need roofing, siding, gutters, windows, or doors.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $182K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $84K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
