Financial Advisor

What you'll be doing
- Licensed life insurance/annuity advisors run appointments in California, with the goal of scaling from 35-40 hires in May to 100-120 long-term across the practice
- Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
- Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$250K annualized)
- Year 1: Top performers clearing $150K+ and earning first look at leadership tracks

- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
