Field Marketer

Day-to-Day. Structure: Representatives begin each day mid-morning (approximately 10-11 AM) at a centralized neighborhood location. The morning block includes team roleplay, neighborhood intelligence review (identifying prior marketing campaigns, door hangers, and existing leads in SalesRabbit), and territory assignment. Each rep receives their own designated neighborhood to work strategically, ensuring no overlap and maximum coverage.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $180K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $960K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
