Looking for hungry individuals who are going to be door knocking and are looking to make well over six figures.

What you'll be doing

• Experienced D2D reps manage the entire sales cycle for quick-turnaround roofing and window jobs, using Sales Rabbit for routing
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $162K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $120K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Someone that is hungry doesn't give excuses. Will knock on 1 million doors trying to get get one yes. I'm looking for someone who's willing to crush it and make their dreams of reality with this job
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
