Storm. Restoration. Sales. Consultant / Closer our team & Restoration is looking for experienced closers who want to work in a system-driven storm restoration company. Our consultants help homeowners and property managers navigate insurance claims after storm damage while providing high-quality roof replacements and exterior restoration. Reps are supported with JWeis marketing, automated. JobNimbus systems, and a streamlined production process, allowing you to focus on inspections, customer relationships, and closing deals.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $140K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
