Sales Representative

We offer a real opportunity to earn hundreds of thousands of dollars each year—while maintaining full control of your schedule and your time. Our team receives three months of immersive, hands-on training to set you up for long-term success. You'll also have access to company-provided leads, so you're not relying solely on door knocking to build your pipeline.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$120K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Ambitious. Personable. Integrous. Sales experience but looking for higher earning potential, a better company culture to work in. Would ideally want people who have roofing sales experience
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
