Sales Representative

Bi weekly sales meetings, Day to day is door knocking and performing sales at a high level. Canvas neighborhoods with the team and run sales calls while still having freedom. What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $60K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $120K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• No baggage or horror stories of other roofing companies, 1 year roofing sales experience is required. Clean cut, no potty mouth, someone who is self motivated and super competitive on a high level
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
