Sales men or women

A sales rep at our team spends most of the day meeting homeowners, doing roof inspections, taking photos, and educating clients about storm damage and insurance. Part of the day is also knocking doors, following up with leads, and checking neighborhoods after storms to create new opportunities. What makes this role different is that once a job is sold, the rep is fully supported — our production, supplements, and QC teams take over the entire process.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $126K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $240K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
