Field Sales Consultant -Outside Sales Representative

Our team' Field. Sales. Consultant (Outside. Sales. Rep) is a high-energy, in-the-field role where you meet homeowners, inspect roofs/exteriors, educate customers on options (retail or insurance when appropriate), and guide projects from first conversation to signed agreement—backed by a team that helps you win. Day-to-day (what you'll actually do) Start your day with a quick check-in: appointments, follow-ups, territory plan. Run in-home appointments and/or work a neighborhood: introduce yourself, identify needs, set expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $735K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $360K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
